The main objective of the intervention was to increase the efficiency of electrical consumption related to the lighting system (light towers and emergency) through the adoption of high-efficiency and latest-generation LED light fixtures, in order to ensure significant energy savings; improved lighting levels, uniformity and color rendering; and increased safety through the installation of high-efficiency light fixtures capable of ensuring uniform illuminance levels in the sports facility's escape routes. In particular, the intervention includes the upgrading and energy efficiency of the emergency lighting system and the replacement of the latest generation of high-efficiency LED light fixtures, with a view to significantly reducing the building's energy consumption with consequent environmental benefits in terms of decreasing the production of polluting and climate-changing gases that will be crucial for the city's future.
