"Fermate d'Arte" is the name of the project implemented by the City of Catania and the Circumetnea Railway.
On July 22, in fact, the railway station was inaugurated that will host some works from the Civic Museum of Castello Ursino on display: among the most important ones from the Museum's Biscari Collection, but also busts, statues and frescoes from the Catacombs of Domitilla.
The project was desired by Mayor Enrico Trantino and Ferrovia Circumetnea Director Salvo Fiore, and taken care of in the set-up phase by the City's Culture Department, headed by Paolo Di Caro, with Ursino Castle manager Valentina Noto, municipal technician Salvo Persano and the Civic Museum team.
