Before dawn entry of the faithful and devotees into the Cathedral; priests will be available for confessions.
04:30 a.m.: Recitation of the Rosary in the Cathedral Basilica.
05:15 a.m.: Exposition of the Relics of the Patron Saint.
06:00: ?Mass of Dawn? celebrated by H.E. Archbishop. At the end, the Archbishop will bless the Rosary Wreaths for prayer led by the ?Friends of the Rosary?
Holy Masses in the Cathedral at 8 a.m.; 9 a.m.; 10 a.m.; 11 a.m.
7 a.m.: In Cathedral Square reflections by Msgr. Barbaro Scionti, pastor of the Cathedral Basilica, who together with devotees will begin the procession of the Relics of St. Agatha from Porta Uzeda. In front of the Icon of Our Lady of the Letter, His Excellency Archbishop will offer a candle to the patron saint. In front of the Chapel of the Most Holy Savior on Dusmet Street, tribute from the Port Authority and the Port Authority. The procession will continue through Calì Street, Piazza Cutelli, Via Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza dei Martiri, where the disabled will pay homage, Via VI Aprile, della Libertà, and Piazza Iolanda. Domenico the Sacred Relics will reach the Church of S. Agata la Vetere. Celebration of First Vespers of the Solemnity of St. Agatha V. M., presided over by H.E.R. Archbishop Francesco Cacucci, Archbishop Emeritus of Bari Bitonto, the community of the Interdiocesan Seminary of Catania and Nicosia animates the liturgy. The procession continues through Plebiscito Street, Vittorio Emanuele Street, Risorgimento Square, Aurora Street, Palermo Street, Palestro Square, in said square reflections by the Rev. Sac Rosario Mazzola, parish priest at Sacro Cuore al fortino and Vicar foraneo, then through Garibaldi Street, Plebiscito Street, Dusmet, returning to Piazza Duomo from Porta Uzeda.
